Partnership Manager (sport events) The main tasks of Partnership Manager are developing the company as a strong consumer-focused brand, establishing the company's product as a credible and functional good in the national sports landscape.
In this role
you will be responsible for:
- design and execute a short, mid and long-term sports program achieving strong credibility for the product and brand;
- add actuality to the brand by following the global sport strategy of the company;
- create and supervise a highly credible Athletes program;
- organize company's events/projects of all scales with strong focus on participants, spectators and media;
- budget and brand appearance responsibility for all national events and athletes activities;
- run a motivated sports department by challenging and developing skills and knowledge;
- identify strengths and development opportunities for each team member and ensure the highest team performance.
Requirements: - at least 4 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sport, events or marketing agency, sport institution or federation;
- understanding of sports performance, networking in sports area;
- ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales;
- highly efficient and effective project management skills;
- proactive leader, innovative, open-minded, self-conscious, motivated, positive, problem solver, team player;
- English - at least upper-intermediate (written and spoken).
