HR Manager Ukraine and CIS

International FMCG company.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • managing and reporting on the HR Budget, ensuring optimum allocation of resources;
  • influencing key stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are managed and exceeded;
  • driving the talent management agenda, ensuring Annual Objective setting and Review process is in place;
  • supporting and implementing global training initiatives and training tools;
  • identifying new methods of attracting talent in the relevant country, ensuring targeted and quality recruitment;
  • ensuring a first class recruitment and selection process experience for both Candidates and Hiring Managers;
  • providing line Managers with a framework for best practice onboarding and partners with the line manager;
  • managing the annual salary and benefits review and administration process;
  • managing all relevant benefits and rewards programs, Payroll function, ensures C&B practices comply with global guidelines and directives;
  • remain up to date on employment legislation.

Required experience:

  • at least 5 years HR generalist/business partner experience;
  • experience working within a matrixed environment working closely with senior leaders including a General Manager;
  • success in executing HR strategy at a national level and in developing local HR strategy;
  • experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g. SAP HR, BI);
  • experience in identifying and analyzing HR and business data to recommend HR initiatives that will drive business objectives;
  • experience in managing recruitment at all levels;
  • well versed in employee relations and strong working knowledge of employment law.

  • ability to make decisions and work autonomously;
  • English – fluent (written and spoken).
