International Trainee Programme

Structure of the programme:

• joining the local store-team for 9 months;
• joining the local headquarter-team for 9 months;
  
• joining ether headquarter or store-team at one of 24 countries for 6 months.

Requirements:

• Master's / Double Bachelor's degree;
  
• maximum of 3 years' work experience;
  
• fluent English;
  
• foster innovation & community building skills;
  
• passion to food, gastronomy & wholesale;
  
• good intercultural skills;
  
• strong leadership potential.
