, working in Ukraine more than 15 years. The main task of Customer Data Management Specialist
is to ensure stable and regular process of customer information in multiple stages. Responsibilities
- control customer master data gathering from offline and online sources for registration, data keeping and maintaining in central system for possibility to use contact customer data for business needs;
- ensure the customer master data completeness and correctness according to defined rules and legal requirement for all business needs;
- conduct trainings for employees to provide clear process of customer registration with full and quality data;
- prepare and analyze the defined reports about data quality and fullness to provide timely actions about data maintaining to maximize data availability;
- analyze feedback/requests from Sales Force team related to customer data quality.
- strong data analysis skills and experience in business process analysis;
- experience working with databases – at least 1 year;
- English – strong Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal);
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (deep knowledge Microsoft Exсel).
