Talent Acquisition Partner, Kyiv

One of the Largest Food Delivery Companies in the World.
The main task of Talent Acquisition Partner is to manage recruiting process of the company in Ukraine and CIS division.

Responsibilities:

  • manage the whole recruitment process – from intake meetings with Hiring Managers, candidate contact (research, engagement strategies, candidate experience) to offer – for junior and mid-level roles;
  • build solid working relationships with local Leadership Teams and support the Hiring Managers in Talent Acquisition related topics;
  • support Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process;
  • conduct interviews and support/guide candidates during the process;
  • take part in developing the best candidate journey process and work on Employer Branding initiatives;
  • manage the relationships with external HR partners;
  • work cross-country with the other Talent Acquisition Partners and with Headquarter on the HR projects.

Requirements:

  • proven experience in recruiting – 1+ years in a fast-paced environment;
  • proven research and executive sourcing experience in top headhunting companies or in companies within international projects;
  • deep knowledge of global recruitment strategies and branding;
  • ability to understand local business needs, design and manage Talent Acquisition processes;
  • data-driven decision-making skills;
  • experience in managing multiple stakeholders;
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
