HR Generalist, Kyiv

One of the Largest Food Delivery Companies in the World.
The main task of HR Generalist is to manage HR process of the company in Ukraine division.

Responsibilities:

  • manage hiring process for local team – middle management;
  • ensure all documentation for current and new hires is accurate – contracts, legal documentation, personal information;
  • manage your population in scope in all people systems;
  • manage and develop feedback culture in the division;
  • collect and maintain day to day information from employees – sick leaves, holidays, bank account changes, modifications of hours, salaries, etc.;
  • be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding people related policies, processes and procedures;
  • provide the employees with relevant, engaging experiences – team building, office management (partly) and other events.

Requirements:

  • proven experience in HR management – 3+ years;
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with all levels of management;
  • organized, proactive, and creative;
  • customer service oriented and fond of solving complex doubts;
  • great communication skills;
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
