HR Administrator, Kyiv

The main task of HR administrator is to manage people administration process of the company in Ukraine and CIS divisions.

Responsibilities:

  • prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation;
  • manage personnel administration – absences and leave management (sick leaves, maternity and paternity leaves);
  • administer employment contracts and ensure the terms and conditions are in line with internal and legal processes, as well as local governing laws;
  • prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations;
  • respond to questions regarding labor law, policies and procedures;
  • ensure that all pertinent payroll information is submitted and communicated to Payroll Department on a timely manner;
  • ensure that employee files have all necessary documents and maintain employee files with all updated employee data;
  • assist and advise the Business Partners on employee relation issues;
  • administer and implement benefit plans (private health insurance, gym benefits, meal vouchers, transport vouchers and childcare vouchers).

Requirements
:

  • proven experience in HR administration – 1+ years;
  • experience in HR administration at a regional level – would be a plus;
  • clear understanding of HR policies and procedures;
  • deep knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • good attention to detail and great organization and time-management skills;
  • autonomy and proactivity with strong sense of confidentiality and urgency;
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
