Import Demand Coordinator, Kyiv The world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine more than 15 years.
The main tasks of Import Demand Coordinator is to deliver a reliable, consistent ordering import process to ensure a high level of service for stores / on-shelf availability, to build and maintain strong relationships with import suppliers, broker companies and other departments.
Responsibilities:
- maintenance and analysis of SKUs stock level;
- analysis and reporting current status of stock and quality of delivery;
- ensure forecasting process, update and analysis forecasting tool;
- ensure negotiation SLA with Buying Department on weekly/monthly level;
- ensure negotiating with suppliers in terms of MOQ, lead time, Incoterms deliveries, outstanding stock;
- ensure ordering process with the purpose of maintaining purpose stock days determined for each category;
- ensure on-time ordering process, getting of order confirmation from the supplier/system data accuracy inbound delivery control;
- MDSP roll out (import part) — focus on switching Import Suppliers to MDSP ordering;
- share experience with newcomers;
- execution of projects/innovations implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in logistics or import (demand planning experience);
- deep knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.);
- English – at least Intermediate (both written and verbal);
- specialized skills and knowledge of Ukrainian customs regulations, Incoterms;
- knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, MDLS;
- strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, initiative, self-organization and multitasking skills;
- ability to work with a large amount of information.
