Brand Manager, Kyiv

International FMCG company.

The main tasks of Brand Manager is to ensure that the right target audience gets the right messages at the right customer touchpoint.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, define costumers experience and ensure it is actionable and relevant;
  • providing brand coherence in marketing, product and trade initiatives;
  • measuring marketing activities in order to suggest plan`s optimization;
  • ensuring budget is spent properly with the best possible ROI;
  • planning and implementation of all brand messages and promo campaigns though media actions on all channels, including online and social media;
  • assisting with product development and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.

    • successful experience in brand managing – at least 4 years;
    • strong background in brand managing of international FMCG brand;
    • deep understanding of competitor activity and consumer behavior;
    • high level of efficiency and effective project management skills;
    • strong leadership skills, innovativeness, self-consciousness;
    • motivation, problem solving skills;
    • team player with excellent communication skills;
    • English – fluent (written and spoken).
