The main task of General Manager – define strategic goals and directions of the business in the entrusted area, implement the established strategy and manage the local teams.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- development sales and trade marketing strategic business plans;
- controlling financial and trading results of the business unit;
- analysis sales and marketing results and reporting;
- covering sales and trade marketing talent acquisition and training needs;
- controlling all activities of the company in the entrusted area;
- coordinating and controlling business unit`s budgets;
- developing annual/quarterly/monthly business and action plans;
- managing pricing politics and controlling distributors sales prices;
- building, monitoring and developing management teams in the entrusted area;
- maintaining and developing local teams as well as leading coaching and motivating;
- setting targets to direct reports and evaluating the results;
- getting and sharing the relevant best practices with teams within entrusted area.
Requirements:
- higher education in management or economy field;
- proven successful experience on top-level positions in international FMCG companies;
- strong leadership, motivation and team skills;
- strong expertise of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context;
- innovative and creative approach to business;
- English – fluent (written and spoken).
