General Manager

International FMCG company.

The main task of General Manager – define strategic goals and directions of the business in the entrusted area, implement the established strategy and manage the local teams.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • development sales and trade marketing strategic business plans;
  • controlling financial and trading results of the business unit;
  • analysis sales and marketing results and reporting;
  • covering sales and trade marketing talent acquisition and training needs;
  • controlling all activities of the company in the entrusted area;
  • coordinating and controlling business unit`s budgets;
  • developing annual/quarterly/monthly business and action plans;
  • managing pricing politics and controlling distributors sales prices;
  • building, monitoring and developing management teams in the entrusted area;
  • maintaining and developing local teams as well as leading coaching and motivating;
  • setting targets to direct reports and evaluating the results;
  • getting and sharing the relevant best practices with teams within entrusted area.


    • higher education in management or economy field;
    • proven successful experience on top-level positions in international FMCG companies;
    • strong leadership, motivation and team skills;
    • strong expertise of markets, sales and distribution, competitor activity and consumer behavior in a brand and FMCG context;
    • innovative and creative approach to business;
    • English – fluent (written and spoken).
