Trade Marketing Manager, Kyiv

Requirements:

  • proven experience as a Trade Marketing Manager / POS Manager / Category Manager / Key Account manager or similar role – at least 3 years;
  • good understanding of customer shopper behaviour, category management & business analytics;
  • strong analytical skills, ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions based on data;
  • strategic thinking and abbility to lead the sales strategy;
  • strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills;
  • good interpersonal and time management skills;
  • English level – at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and verbal;
  • computer software proficiency (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • plan, implement and support trade marketing strategy (promotion, activity, and brand visibility);
  • ensure POS toolsets is used productively;
  • analyze trade marketing program performance, market / channel data, competitors' movement;
  • work closely with sale and cross-function teams to implement action plan;
  • monitor and track result of activity to ensure execution effectiveness;
  • manage & control spending of all trade programs (BTL) to ensure optimize return on investment;
  • provide strategic guidance and marketing supports to sales team;
  • make market visits to countries, under the responsibility to check performance in the market.
